What is OnChainMonkey?

OnChainMonkey is the first 10k collection (called Genesis) of generative PFP (profile pic) art, minted on Ethereum in a single transaction. The Karma collection consists of 20k unique PFP’s, also minted out in a single transaction.

Genesis and Karma are the passports to the wealthy digital nation known as the Monkeyverse. More details can be found on the official website.

What is OCM Magazine?

OCM Magazine is a community-driven, online resource for all things OnChainMonkey. Our aim is to magnify the work that OnChainMonkey is doing through fun and creative content, boldly stretching the boundaries of innovation and imagination.

How can I get started with OnChainMonkey?

Getting started with OnChainMonkey is simple.

  1. Purchase either a Genesis or Karma monkey on an NFT marketplace such as OpenSea. (go here to see how)

  2. Connect your wallet, Twitter, and Discord to the OCM website.

  3. Start earning bananas and sharing your monkey photos on Twitter. Engage with other members in the Discord community.

What are Bananas for?

As of this writing, bananas are the off-chain currency of the Monkeyverse, currently used for purchasing OCM merchandise, playing games like poker (Discord channel), and swapping in exchange for community services. Soon, bananas will be on-chain, where each will be represented with a monetary value.
